This policy explains what data the AIVORIA service, hosted at aivoria.digital, processes and how it is used. The data controller is AIVORIA.
TikTok ad account data. Once the ad account owner approves access, the service receives the account name, currency, time zone, status, balance and campaign statistics: spend, impressions, clicks and conversions.
Access tokens. The token issued by TikTok is stored so that statistics can be requested again.
Team member data. The name and work login of each team member, and the notes they add to report rows.
Tracker data. Aggregated campaign statistics: clicks, leads, sales and revenue.
The service does not request or store personal data of TikTok users, creative content, audience data, payment credentials, or any information about end customers.
The only purpose is internal advertising performance reporting for the team that owns the ad accounts. The data is not used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Data is never sold or shared with third parties. Data is exchanged only with the services the owner connected themselves: the TikTok Marketing API and the tracker.
Data is stored on the operator's server. Access to the interface is password-protected and all traffic is encrypted with TLS. Statistics are kept for as long as reporting requires and are deleted on request from the ad account owner.
The ad account owner may revoke access at any time on the TikTok side; the service then stops receiving new data. To have already collected statistics removed, write to support@aivoria.digital.
You may request information about the data processed about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are accepted at support@aivoria.digital and answered within 30 days.
The current version of this policy is always available at https://aivoria.digital/privacy. When changes are material, the date at the top of this document is updated.
