How it works

A walkthrough of the interface. All figures below come from a demonstration dataset — campaign and creative names are placeholders.

Getting started

  1. An administrator registers the TikTok application. The application identifier, secret and redirect URL are entered once in Settings and stored in the service, not in configuration files.
  2. A media buyer connects an ad account. They copy a personal authorisation link from the Ad accounts screen and open it in the browser where the required TikTok account is signed in. After approval, every ad account the token covers is added at once.
  3. The service starts collecting. Spend is requested from the TikTok Marketing API at campaign level, once per cycle, sequentially — the rate limit applies to the application as a whole.
  4. Revenue is matched. The tracker reports revenue per campaign identifier, and it is paired with spend for the same campaign.
  5. The team reads the report. Rows that need a decision are shown first; everything performing normally stays behind a link.

Daily overview

Daily overview screen
Profit, spend and revenue for the current day, a per-person summary visible only to the administrator, and the campaigns that need a decision. A coloured edge on the left marks a row that is waiting for a human: red when money is being lost, sand when data is missing. Nothing else in the interface uses signal colour.

Campaign economics over a period

Campaign economics screen
Spend, revenue, leads, profit and ROI per campaign for a chosen range. Amounts are converted for display only; the original currency reported by TikTok is kept intact, so changing a rate never rewrites past reports. A dash means «no data» and is never rendered as zero.

Creative performance

Creative performance screen
Each ad account expands into its creatives with impressions, clicks, CTR, spend and cost per result. This makes it visible which specific ad is consuming budget without producing results.

Access levels

Access is granted by an administrator; there is no public sign-up.

What the service never does

It does not create, edit, pause or delete advertising campaigns; it does not change budgets or bids; it does not upload creatives. Access to the TikTok Marketing API is read-only, and the corresponding write scopes are not requested.
